In its continuing effort to offer the public easier access to county government information, the office of the Board of Commissioners of the County of Allen scanned and uploaded all contracts that were approved by the Commissioners at a public legislative session from January 1, 2010 to May 31, 2019. No more contracts will be added to this listing. For more recent contracts, you must refer to Indiana Gateway (link below).
Indiana Code 5-14-3.8-3.5 requires political subdivisions to upload digital copies of contracts to the Indiana Gateway website. Political subdivisions are instructed to upload contracts if the total cost of the contract exceeds $50,000. From 2017 and onward, any contracts that meet the above criteria will be posted on Indiana Gateway and are searchable by the public.
