The Allen County Neighborhoods' Association is open to all homeowners groups and neighborhood associations in incorporated and unincorporated areas of Allen County. Its objective is to improve communication between neighborhoods, residents, government and various other community services and information.

All meetings are held in the Omni Room (basement level) of Citizens Square, 200 East Berry Street, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
