You now have the option of receiving your Property Tax Bill electronically! This saves paper, is convenient and reduces tax dollars needed to print bills.

To sign up for electronic billing click here or at the bottom of this page on the link that reads "Electronic Billing." Once at the site, if you are a first time user, you will register an account.

Once you have logged in, you will search for your property or properties (yes, you can select more than one property) using one of several criteria. If you have problems obtaining a result when entering an address or a name, trying shortening up on the address or name you are entering. For example, instead of entering 1234 Main Street, try just entering 1234 Ma.

Once you have selected your property(ies) you will select "REGISTER SELECTED INVOICES" in orange on the bottom right hand corner. Once you complete your email address and create a password you will click the box for "I would like to sign up for Paperless".  When tax bills are ready, you will be sent a link you will use to view and print the bills you have selected and/or make payment.

It is very important that you keep your email address up to date! If an email is invalid, your account will be removed from electronic billing.

Electronic billing does not affect your escrow. Your mortgage company will still receive a file with your bill.
